*8-day quotes for 7 to 14 November 2026, with code BCP30. Search above for your own dates.

Two things stand out. The airport's handover products are cheap here: Drop & Go sits near the bottom of the table, and even Meet & Greet costs less than T2 West. And the spread from cheapest to dearest is wide, so the right choice depends heavily on your terminal and trip length.

The cheapest way to park at Manchester

Maple is the cheapest product we sell; JetParks 3 the cheapest official one; Drop & Go the cheapest official handover.

Maple's saving comes with a longer shuttle; JetParks 3 keeps the bus short and lets you keep your keys; Drop & Go removes the bus altogether. JetParks need three days and the handovers four, so for a weekend Mid Stay P12, which has no minimum, is the official walk-in choice. See our cheap Manchester Airport parking guide.

Price guide and turn-up rates

The multi-storeys take turn-up drivers from £6.60 for 15 minutes to £63.40 for up to 24 hours, per the airport.

Eight days on the turn-up tariff cost £507.20, against £79.94 pre-booked in T3 Multi Storey. See our Manchester Airport parking prices guide for the whole tariff.

What changed in 2026

On 5 March 2026 the airport renamed the Terminal 1 departures entrance Terminal 3 Departures and renumbered its car parks P1 to P16.

BeforeNow
Terminal 1 multi-storeyMid Stay Multi Storey (P12), for Terminal 2
T2 East Multi StoreyMeet & Greet (P1)
T2 West Multi StoreyP3, barrierless since March 2026
T3 Multi StoreyP14
Terminal 3 Meet & GreetNo new bookings from 27 March; Drop & Go Express (P10) opened 2 April

Older guides, sat-nav entries and even old booking confirmations can point to places that have changed role. Follow the P-number in your current confirmation. Every page on this site uses the new names.

Parking for Terminal 2

Terminal 2 has the widest choice: T2 West (P3) beside the terminal, Meet & Greet in P1, Mid Stay (P12) under cover, and JetParks 1 and 3.

OptionGetting to Terminal 2Keys
T2 West (P3)A short walkYou keep them

Mid Stay (P12)About 10–15 minutes, coveredYou keep them

JetParks 3Bus every 15 minutesYou keep them

The airport also sells T2 Premium (P2) and T2 Park & Walk (P4), which we do not compare. See our Manchester Terminal 2 parking guide for every option.

Parking for Terminal 3

Terminal 3 is served by T3 Multi Storey (P14), Drop & Go Express (P10), T3 Mid Stay (P15) and JetParks 3.

The big change here is the handover. The airport's Terminal 3 Meet & Greet stopped taking bookings, and Drop & Go Express, a minute's walk from the terminal, replaced it. You park in a bay, drop your keys at a kiosk and a driver parks the car. For a person at the kerb, VIP Meet and Greet still serves Terminal 3.

JetParks 1 does not serve Terminal 3, so book JetParks 3 for a budget official option. See our Manchester Terminal 3 parking guide.

JetParks: the budget official option

JetParks 3 runs buses to both terminals every 15 minutes; JetParks 1 serves Terminal 2 only, about five minutes by shuttle.

Both need a stay of three days or more, and you keep your keys. JetParks 1, on Thorley Lane, doubles as the airport's free drop-off point, with a shuttle that runs one way to Terminal 2. Purple Parking gives up to an hour free, then a £25 fee, or for re-entering within 30 minutes, and resellers describe a gravel surface. See our Manchester JetParks guide.

Mid Stay and the covered walk

Mid Stay Multi Storey (P12), the old Terminal 1 car park, links to Terminal 2 by a covered walkway in about 10 to 15 minutes. There is no shuttle and no minimum stay.

T3 Mid Stay (P15) on Parade Road is five to ten minutes from Terminal 3, with a three-day minimum. The airport restricts some heavier vehicles at Mid Stay and offers an eligibility checker, so check before booking a large SUV or van. Mid Stay costs £13.45 more than JetParks 3 over 8 days and needs no bus. See our Manchester Airport Mid Stay guide.

The covered walkway between terminals

A covered walkway links Mid Stay Multi Storey with Terminal 2, and the terminals are connected on foot.

It is the reason Mid Stay works without a shuttle: 10 to 15 minutes under cover from P12 to Terminal 2 departures, per the airport. On a wet Manchester morning, that beats waiting at a bus stop. With heavy cases or limited mobility, allow the longer end of the range, or choose a multi-storey or handover beside your terminal.

Height limits and larger vehicles

The multi-storeys and the airport's handover car parks have a 2m height limit, and trailers are not allowed in any official car park.

Mid Stay restricts some heavier vehicles, with an eligibility checker on the airport's site. APH gives 2.4m. For a tall van, the JetParks and off-airport sites are the places to start; check the operator's rules in your confirmation. Measure the car as loaded, with any roof box, before you book.

Security

The airport describes itself as an IPC accredited parking provider; the off-airport operators describe CCTV, patrols, fencing and barriers.

We have not found a Park Mark statement from the airport, and we pass on operators' descriptions without having inspected their sites. Wherever you park, take valuables with you, note your P-number and bay before you walk away, and keep the booking confirmation on your phone for the barrier or kiosk.

Off-airport parking at Manchester

Off-airport parking at Manchester starts at £41.99 for 8 days at Maple in Carrington, £16.80 less than the airport's JetParks 3. We sell eleven off-airport products: park and ride, self park and meet and greet.

Maple at Carrington

Maple is on Isherwood Road, Carrington (M31 4RA), west of the airport. You hand your keys in at reception, staff park the car, and a shuttle runs every 20 minutes, taking 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic. Call 0161 518 1122 for the return shuttle. APH lists uniformed staff 24/7, CCTV, fencing, barriers and an automatic photo of each car on entry; each extra day costs £15. Our Maple Parking Manchester guide has the steps.

APH at Sharston

APH sells three products from Bradnor Road in the Sharston Industrial Area (M22 4TE): Park & Ride (£69.97), Park & Ride with EV Charging (£104.96), which charges the car to full while you are away, and Self Park (£108.46), where you keep your keys. The bus runs every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, and takes about 10 minutes. The height limit is 2.4 m, and vehicles longer than 5 m pay £20. For the EV option, bring your own cable and arrive with at least 5% charge. See our APH Manchester guide.

VIP Meet and Greet at either terminal

VIP Meet and Greet meets you at the drop-off area of Terminal 2 or Terminal 3: call 07818205594 about 15 to 20 minutes out. You pay the driver the airport's £6.50 drop-off fee, and the return pick-up charge is yours to pay. Vans and minibuses cost £10 extra, late returns £10 a day, and an early return without notice £25, per APH. See our VIP Meet and Greet Manchester guide.

The other operators we sell

Easy Parking, Premium Parking (meet and greet and self park), Vacation Care, Manchester Park & Ride and Manchester Self Park are in our search and the table above. Your confirmation gives the address, the transfer and the key arrangements; read it before you set off. Our Manchester Airport park and ride guide compares the transfers.

Off-airport against JetParks and Mid Stay

Maple costs £16.80 less than JetParks 3 over 8 days, and APH Park & Ride costs £11.18 more. Against Mid Stay (£72.24), Maple saves £30.25 but adds a 20 to 30 minute shuttle. JetParks need a three-day minimum stay.

Meet and greet and Drop & Go

Three styles of handover remain: the airport's Meet & Greet at Terminal 2, its Drop & Go key kiosks, and independent drivers who meet you at the terminal.

The airport's Meet & Greet uses a scanner to record your car in the P1 drop-off bay, then you hand your keys to reception. Drop & Go uses a kiosk and a locker. VIP Meet and Greet meets you outside either terminal, with the airport's drop-off fee paid to the driver on the day, per a reseller listing. See our Manchester Airport meet and greet guide.

Dropping off and picking up

Terminal drop-off costs from £5.50 for five minutes, capped at 30 minutes, and must be paid online or by phone by midnight the next day.

Two expensive mistakes

Picking someone up in a drop-off area costs £100. Forgetting to pay a drop-off charge costs £100, reduced to £60 within 14 days; pay at pay.manchesterairport.co.uk or on 03459 013318. There is no pay-on-exit.

Pick-ups at Terminal 2 use a dedicated area in T2 West (P3), up to 15 minutes. JetParks 1 has a free drop-off point with a shuttle to Terminal 2. Blue Badge holders can use the forecourt drop-off areas free, for drop-offs only. Our Manchester Airport drop-off and pick-up guide covers every rule.

EV charging at Manchester

The airport's pages for the products we sell do not list EV charging. APH's Park & Ride with EV Charging charges your car to full while you are away.

Bring your own cable to APH's reception and arrive with at least 5% charge. It costs £34.99 more than standard Park & Ride over eight days. See our Manchester Airport EV charging guide.

Getting to Manchester Airport by car

Manchester Airport sits south of the city at Ringway, next to Junction 5 of the M56.

M56 Junction 5

The airport spur. Follow the signs for Terminal 2 or Terminal 3.

Forecourt postcodes

T2 drop-off M90 5PH; T3 forecourt M90 1QX. Car parks have their own.

Rail and tram

Manchester Airport station and the Metrolink stop sit by the terminals.

Follow the signs for Terminal 2 or Terminal 3, then the P-number in your confirmation. The station and Metrolink stop by the terminals make rail and tram good alternatives for a drop-off. Each off-airport site has its own postcode, listed on its guide page. Allow extra time on the M56 at peak hours and on summer Saturday mornings.

More questions about parking at Manchester

Maple Park & Ride, at £41.99 for 8 days. JetParks 3 is the cheapest car park run by the airport.

Not under that name. On 5 March 2026 its departures entrance was renamed Terminal 3 Departures; flights use Terminals 2 and 3.

The airport renumbered every car park into a P1 to P16 scheme in March 2026. Your confirmation gives the P-number to follow.

Not from the airport for new bookings since 27 March 2026. Drop & Go Express (P10) and VIP Meet and Greet serve Terminal 3.

£5.50 for up to five minutes, paid online or by phone by midnight the next day. JetParks 1 offers free drop-off for up to an hour, per Purple Parking.

No. The airport charges £100. Use the pick-up area in T2 West (P3) or a multi-storey.

The airport's pages for the products we sell do not list charging. APH's EV option charges your car to full while you are away.

Bookings made with us can be cancelled free within 24 hours of booking.
