Cancellation Policy

Regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 states that contracts for the provision of leisure services on a specific date (or for a specific period) are exempt from the 14-day "cooling off" period placed on select online goods and services. The consumer's 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to bookings made on the website; therefore, cancellations are subject to these terms.

Cancellation terms

1. All cancellations must be made directly through Britain Car Parks in order to be valid (not with the car park).
2. You must use Manage Booking to cancel your booking online.
3. No refunds are available for unused part stays.
4. Non-flexible rate bookings cannot be amended, cancelled or refunded.
5. Bookings made within 24 hours of the date of departure cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded.
6. Less than 24 hours' cancellation notice from the date of departure - customers will receive no refund.
7. More than 24 hours' cancellation notice from the date of departure - Britain Car Parks does not charge a cancellation fee, however a £20.00 charge is payable to our Payment Gateway provider and will be deducted from your refund.
8. Booking amendment charges are not refundable. If you cancel your booking after an amendment, the £20.00 Payment Gateway provider charge, plus any amendment charges, will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
9. A parking date change, including extending or reducing your parking stay, will make the booking a non-flex booking, which cannot be amended again and is non-refundable if cancelled after that.
