02What we collect

We do not knowingly collect special category data. When you ask for an accessibility need to be met, we pass only the requirement itself to the supplier, not any medical information behind it.

05International transfers
Some suppliers and service providers operate outside the UK. When personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

07Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- erase data we no longer need;
- restrict processing while a dispute is resolved;
- move your data to another controller;
- stop processing based on legitimate interests, and stop direct marketing.
Email info@britaincarparks.co.uk to use any of these rights. We reply within one month. Where a legal obligation stops us doing what you ask, we explain which rights apply.

Please raise a data protection concern with us first at info@britaincarparks.co.uk. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

10Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the way we process data changes. The effective date at the top shows the current version. We tell customers with an active booking about material changes by email.
