Terminal 3 is served by T3 Multi Storey (P14), Drop & Go Express (P10), T3 Mid Stay (P15), JetParks 3 and the off-airport operators.

Terminal 3 has fewer official products than Terminal 2, and one important gap: the airport's own meet and greet no longer takes bookings here.

Terminal 3 Meet & Greet has stopped

The airport stopped accepting new Terminal 3 Meet & Greet bookings from 27 March 2026.

The change came in the same month that Terminal 1 closed and the car parks were renumbered, so a lot of Terminal 3 advice online is out of date.

Drop & Go Express (P10)

Drop & Go Express, opened on 2 April 2026, sits about a minute's walk from Terminal 3.

Pull into a bay, lock the car and drop your keys at a kiosk; an insured driver parks it. On return, a locker releases your keys and the car waits in the returns area. The minimum stay is four days and the height limit is 2m. A second site, Drop & Go (P16), is about five minutes from Terminal 3. See the Drop and Go page.

T3 Multi Storey (P14)

T3 Multi Storey is the closest place to park yourself at Terminal 3.

It costs less than T2 West on our dates. Turn-up drivers can pay at machines around the terminal or at the barrier on exit. The multi-storeys share a 2m height limit and a ten-day maximum stay. See the multi-storey page.

T3 Mid Stay (P15)

T3 Mid Stay, on Parade Road (M90 1AF), is about five to ten minutes' walk from Terminal 3, with a three-day minimum stay.

It is booked as part of the airport's Mid Stay product; your confirmation says whether you have P12 or P15. You keep your keys, and there is no bus. See the Mid Stay page.

JetParks 3

JetParks 3 is the budget official option for Terminal 3, with buses every 15 minutes, day and night.

It serves both terminals and has a three-day minimum stay. You keep your keys. Do not book JetParks 1 for Terminal 3: its shuttle serves Terminal 2 only.

VIP Meet and Greet at Terminal 3

VIP Meet and Greet is one of the few services still handing over to a person at Terminal 3.

A driver meets you outside the terminal after you call ahead. A reseller listing notes the airport's drop-off fee is paid to the driver on the day, on top of the booking. See the VIP page.

Off-airport sites

Maple and APH buses serve Terminal 3 as well as Terminal 2.

Maple's shuttle from Carrington takes 20 to 30 minutes; APH's bus from Sharston about ten, every 15 minutes. Both are cheaper than any official product apart from JetParks 3 and Drop & Go. You can check the saving before you book on our Manchester parking discount codes page.

Dropping off at Terminal 3

The Terminal 3 forecourt (M90 1QX) uses the same charges as Terminal 2: from £5.50 for five minutes, 30 minutes at most.

Payment is online or by phone by midnight the next day. Picking up from a drop-off area costs £100. See our Manchester drop-off and pick-up page.

Parking for the wrong terminal

Book for the terminal on your ticket.

A Terminal 2 car park adds a walk or a bus to Terminal 3, and JetParks 1's shuttle does not go there at all. Check the terminal on your booking before choosing, and follow the P-number in your confirmation rather than an old sat-nav entry. Time from car to check-in

At Terminal 3, the time from car to check-in runs from a minute to half an hour.

Drop & Go Express is the quickest official way in, and it takes the car off your hands as well. For a longer trip on a budget, JetParks 3 is the official choice.

Picking up at Terminal 3

Pick-ups at Terminal 3 are made from the multi-storey, not the forecourt.

Picking someone up from a drop-off area costs £100, per the airport. Park in T3 Multi Storey on the turn-up tariff, or meet your passenger inside, and pay before you leave. Wait until they have their bags before you drive in.

Business travel from Terminal 3

For a one-night trip, park yourself in P14.

Drop & Go and T3 Mid Stay both need several nights, so a short business trip belongs in T3 Multi Storey. It is a short walk to check-in, and the airport's six-hour grace period on overstays covers most late flights. Pre-book it, because the turn-up tariff for two days costs far more.

Security at Terminal 3

The airport's car parks read number plates; the operators describe their own measures.

Manchester Airport describes itself as an IPC accredited parking provider and uses number plate recognition across its car parks. It does not publish a Park Mark statement, so we do not claim one. The off-airport operators describe their own security, and we pass on their accounts without having inspected the sites.
