Overview of Official Meet & Greet T2
Manchester's official Meet & Greet now runs from P1, the former T2 East Multi Storey, for Terminal 2. You drive into a drop-off bay, where scanning technology records your car's condition, hand your keys in at reception and walk a few minutes to check-in. Terminal 3 Meet & Greet stopped taking new bookings in March 2026.
The Meet & Greet car park is P1, the building that used to be T2 East Multi Storey, on Palma Avenue, Ringway, M90 4ZY. It serves Terminal 2 only.
In the drop-off bay, inspection technology scans the condition of your car automatically. You hand your keys to reception and walk to the terminal, a few minutes away. On return, you collect the car from the same place.
The minimum stay is four days, and vehicles must be under 2m tall. Motorcycles cannot use Meet & Greet, and trailers are not allowed in any official car park. From 27 March 2026, Terminal 3 Meet & Greet stopped accepting new bookings; Terminal 3 travellers now use Drop & Go Express.
How to find it
Manchester Airport sits south of the city at Ringway, next to Junction 5 of the M56. Follow the Terminal 2 signs, then P1 Meet & Greet.
Allow a few minutes for the scan and the handover.

Flying from Terminal 3
The airport stopped taking new Terminal 3 Meet & Greet bookings from 27 March 2026. For a key handover at Terminal 3, book Drop & Go.
The condition scan
The airport's inspection technology records the car as you pull in. It gives both sides a clear record of the car's condition at handover, so there is no need to walk round it with a clipboard.
Official or independent
VIP Meet & Greet, an independent operator, meets you outside the terminal instead, on the forecourt. It costs less on our dates but adds a drop-off fee. See VIP Meet & Greet.

Manchester's car parks recognise number plates, so the registration on your Meet and Greet booking must match your car. Bookings made with us can be cancelled until 72 hours before arrival.

What happens when you arrive at Official Meet & Greet T2.
- Follow the signs to P1 Meet & Greet.
- Pull into a drop-off bay for the condition scan.
- Hand your keys in at reception.
- Walk to Terminal 2.
Your return
Back in Manchester, getting the car is straightforward.
- Walk back to P1 from arrivals.
- Collect your keys and car.
- Drive home.
