About APH Meet & Greet Forecourt
APH Meet and Greet Forecourt puts the handover right on the terminal forecourt at Gatwick. APH includes the forecourt charge in the price, and I Love Meet and Greet drivers carry out the service.
APH's forecourt service meets you in the Approved Operator bay at the North Terminal and the Approved Operator lane at the South Terminal. A uniformed I Love Meet and Greet driver takes your keys and relocates your car, according to APH.
Call the APH Meet and Greet Forecourt team when you are ten minutes away. On return, call as you collect your luggage, then walk out to the forecourt, where APH says your car will be waiting.
The Gatwick forecourt charge is included in the booking price, as long as the registration on your booking is correct. That removes the midnight payment deadline from your to-do list.
Location and getting there
Gatwick sits beside the M23, with a spur road from Junction 9 to both terminals. Follow the signs for your terminal and the drop-off area.
The handover happens on the forecourt itself, so the walk to check-in is very short.

APH describes security lighting, perimeter fencing, barrier controls, CCTV monitoring and regular patrols, with staff 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. How the handover works
- Call ahead. Ring the APH Meet and Greet Forecourt team when you are ten minutes away.
- Drive to the meeting point. Follow the signs for your terminal, then the directions in your confirmation.
- Hand over. A driver checks the car with you and takes the keys.
- Walk in. Head to check-in, a few minutes away.
- Call on return. Ring once you have your bags. The driver meets you with the car.

The forecourt charge, included
Gatwick charges every vehicle for using the forecourt, and most drivers must pay by midnight the next day. With this service, APH includes the charge in your booking. Give the exact registration of the car you will drive, or the charge falls back to you.
A wrong or old number plate on your booking means the forecourt charge is not covered. Update it before you travel.
Vehicle rules
APH accepts standard vehicles, including cars and minibuses with up to 9 seats. Larger vehicles, commercial vehicles, vans and taxis are not accepted.
