About Ace Meet & Greet
Ace Meet and Greet runs a reception-style service at Gatwick. You hand over in Short Stay at South or at the Sofitel hotel at North, and a uniformed driver takes your car to a secure off-airport car park.
Ace meets you at a set point at each terminal. At the South Terminal, park in the Orange Car Park on Level 1, in rows D or E close to the lifts. At the North Terminal, the meeting point is the Sofitel hotel car park, where Ace has a Meet and Greet reception area.
Ace says there is no need to call ahead on arrival unless you need help. A fully insured, uniformed driver takes your car to a secure off-airport car park, which Ace describes as covered by 24-hour CCTV, alarms, fencing, lighting and staff patrols.
On return, call 01293 533000, option 1, after you land, and collect the car at the same place. Ace also offers luggage support for passengers with reduced mobility.
Location and getting there
Gatwick sits beside the M23, with a spur road from Junction 9 to both terminals. At South, follow the Short Stay signs to the Orange Car Park. At North, follow the signs for the Sofitel hotel.
There is no need to call on the way in unless you need help, which keeps the arrival simple.

How the handover works

Before you travel
A few minutes of preparation makes the day smoother at Ace. With Ace, check the vehicle rules first, because some prestige models are excluded.
Your confirmation has the number to call on the way in.
Have them ready for the driver.
Remove house keys and key rings before handing it over.
Take valuables and anything you need for the trip.
Check that the number plate on your booking matches your car, and confirm your terminal before you set off. Cancellation cover runs up to 72 hours before your arrival time on bookings made with us, so check your dates before that window closes.
Vehicle rules
Vehicles must also fit a standard 2.4 by 4.8 metre bay.
Trailers are not accepted.
No Aston Martin, Bentley, Ferrari, Maserati or Rolls-Royce.
Ace against the official Valet
Both mean no bus and a short walk to check-in. The official Valet keeps your car on the airport and sells extras such as a hand wash or an EV charge. An off-airport service costs less and stores the car nearby.

Follow the directions in your booking confirmation to reach Ace Meet & Greet. The steps below show how the day works.
- At South, park in the Orange Car Park, Level 1, rows D or E. At North, drive to the Sofitel hotel car park.
- Meet the Ace driver or reception team.
- Hand over your keys.
- Walk to check-in.
