North Terminal: from the North Terminal roundabout follow signs for the hotels (Sofitel / Hampton by Hilton), then the "meet & greet operators" signs to the dedicated bays. Sat-nav guide postcode RH6 0PJ (accurate only as far as the roundabout).
South Terminal: head to the Short Stay car park and the marked meet and greet area near arrivals. Your exact meeting point and contact number are on your booking confirmation.
