About AMAG Meet & Greet
AMAG Meet and Greet, from Airport Meet and Greet, is one of the lowest-priced meet and greet services we bring you at Gatwick. A driver meets you at Passenger Drop Off and takes your car to a secure site in Hookwood.
AMAG meets you at the terminal. At both North and South, bear round to the right on arrival, take the right-hand lane and follow the signs to Passenger Drop Off. Call the driver 10 to 15 minutes before you arrive, using the number in your confirmation.
Your car goes to Airport Meet and Greet's secured car park at Hookwood Park, Reigate Road, Hookwood. The operator describes total perimeter fencing, 24-hour security patrols and a drive of about four minutes to both terminals. It says the site holds the Park Mark Safer Parking award.
On return, call your driver around 20 minutes before you want the car. All drivers are insured to drive your vehicle, subject to the car park's terms. Return later than planned and an overstay charge may apply.
Location and getting there
Gatwick sits beside the M23, with a spur road from Junction 9 to both terminals. Follow the signs for your terminal, keep right and follow Passenger Drop Off.
The handover is at the terminal itself, so there is no car park to find. Check with AMAG how the forecourt charge is handled for your booking.

How the handover works
- Call ahead. Ring the driver 10 to 15 minutes before you reach the airport.
- Drive to the meeting point. Follow the signs for your terminal, then the directions in your confirmation.
- Hand over. A driver checks the car with you and takes the keys.
- Walk in. Head to check-in, a few minutes away.
- Call on return. Ring once you have your bags. The driver meets you with the car.
Before you travel
A few minutes of preparation makes the day smoother at AMAG. With AMAG, time your call: 10 to 15 minutes out on the way in, and about 20 minutes ahead on the way home.

Most short-wheelbase cars are accepted.
Trailers, commercial vehicles and minibuses with more than 8 seats.
A £10 supplement, paid to the driver on arrival.
AMAG against the official Valet
Both mean no bus and a short walk to check-in. The official Valet keeps your car on the airport and sells extras such as a hand wash or an EV charge. An off-airport service costs less and stores the car nearby.

Arriving at AMAG Meet & Greet
Follow the directions in your booking confirmation to reach AMAG Meet & Greet. The steps below show how the day works.
- Call AMAG 10 to 15 minutes before you arrive.
- Keep right at your terminal and follow the signs to Passenger Drop Off.
- Hand your keys to the AMAG driver.
- Walk into the terminal.
Collecting your car on return
Keep your booking confirmation on your phone for the trip home. Coming back takes a few simple steps.
- Call your driver around 20 minutes before you want your car.
- Meet the driver at the agreed point at your terminal.
- Load your bags and drive home.

Call 10 to 15 minutes before you reach the airport, and around 20 minutes before you want your car back on return.
At Hookwood Park on Reigate Road, Hookwood, which the operator describes as about four minutes' drive from both terminals.
It takes most standard short-wheelbase cars. Long-wheelbase vans carry a £10 supplement, and minibuses over 8 seats, commercial vehicles and trailers are not accepted.
The operator says its Hookwood car park holds the Park Mark Safer Parking award. We have not verified this independently.
