About Bubble Meet & Greet
Bubble Meet and Greet hands over in the Short Stay car parks at Gatwick's North and South Terminals. A driver takes your car to a secure compound, and on return you drive out on a pre-paid ticket.
Bubble meets you in Short Stay. At North, enter via the left lane, take a ticket and drive to Car Park 5, parking in an Off Airport Meet and Greet bay near the exit on the ground floor. At South, enter via the right lane, take a ticket and go to Car Park 3, Level 1, to the same kind of bay.
Call Bubble 10 minutes before you arrive. Your car is then relocated to a secure compound. Bubble describes perimeter fencing, barrier-controlled entry and exit, CCTV across the site, 24-hour staff and regular patrols.
On return, call Bubble and head to the Short Stay car park. Your car waits there with a pre-paid parking ticket, so you can drive out without extra charges. Uniformed staff can help load luggage if you ask.
Location and getting there
Gatwick sits beside the M23, with a spur road from Junction 9 to both terminals. Follow the signs for your terminal, then Short Stay. Keep left at North and right at South.
The handover bays sit a short walk from check-in, so allow a few minutes after the drive.

The M23 and M25 are busy at peak hours and bank holidays.

How the handover works
- Call ahead. Ring Bubble 10 minutes before you arrive.
- Drive to the meeting point. Follow the signs for your terminal, then the directions in your confirmation.
- Hand over. A driver checks the car with you and takes the keys.
- Walk in. Head to check-in, a few minutes away.
- Call on return. Ring once you have your bags. The driver meets you with the car.
Before you travel
A few minutes of preparation makes the day smoother at Bubble. With Bubble, remember to take a ticket at the Short Stay barrier on the way in.

Remove house keys and key rings before handing it over.
Take valuables and anything you need for the trip.

Bubble against the official Valet
Both mean no bus and a short walk to check-in. The official Valet keeps your car on the airport and sells extras such as a hand wash or an EV charge. An off-airport service costs less and stores the car nearby.

Arriving at Bubble Meet & Greet
Follow the directions in your booking confirmation to reach Bubble Meet & Greet. The steps below show how the day works.
- Call Bubble 10 minutes before you arrive.
- Take a ticket and drive to Car Park 5 ground floor at North, or Car Park 3 Level 1 at South.
- Park in an Off Airport Meet and Greet bay and hand over your keys.
- Walk to check-in.
