About Sure Meet & Greet
Sure Meet and Greet hands over in Gatwick's Short Stay car parks at both terminals. A driver in an orange hi-vis jacket takes your car to a secure compound and brings it back when you land.
Sure meets you inside Short Stay. At the South Terminal, the meeting point is Orange Car Park 3, Level 1. At the North Terminal, it is the ground floor of Car Park 5. Drivers wear orange hi-vis jackets, so they are easy to spot.
Call 20 minutes before you arrive at the terminal. After the handover, your car goes to a secure compound. Sure describes strong perimeter fencing, hard-surfaced parking and 24-hour staffed security, with fully insured drivers.
On return, contact Sure once you land and go back to the same drop-off point. Sure also delivers bookings for LG Parking, according to LG, so its drivers are among the busiest at Gatwick.
Location and getting there
Gatwick sits beside the M23, with a spur road from Junction 9 to both terminals. Follow the signs for your terminal, then Short Stay: Car Park 3 at South or Car Park 5 at North.
The walk from the handover to check-in is short, so most of your time goes on the drive.

How the handover works
- Call ahead. Ring Sure 20 minutes before you reach the terminal.
- Drive to the meeting point. Follow the signs for your terminal, then the directions in your confirmation.
- Hand over. A driver checks the car with you and takes the keys.
- Walk in. Head to check-in, a few minutes away.
- Call on return. Ring once you have your bags. The driver meets you with the car.
Before you travel
A few minutes of preparation makes the day smoother at Sure. With Sure, check your vehicle against the height limits first. North Car Park 5 is the tighter of the two.

Sure against the official Valet
Both mean no bus and a short walk to check-in. The official Valet keeps your car on the airport and sells extras such as a hand wash or an EV charge. An off-airport service costs less and stores the car nearby.

Arriving at Sure Meet & Greet
Follow the directions in your booking confirmation to reach Sure Meet & Greet. The steps below show how the day works.
- Call Sure 20 minutes before you arrive.
- Drive to Short Stay: Orange Car Park 3 Level 1 at South, or Car Park 5 ground floor at North.
- Hand your keys to the driver in orange hi-vis.
- Walk to check-in.
Collecting your car on return
Keep your booking confirmation on your phone for the trip home. Coming back takes a few simple steps.
- Contact Sure once you land.
- Return to the same Short Stay drop-off point.
- Collect your car and drive home.
