About Valet
Official Valet Parking at Heathrow hands over on the terminal forecourt itself, which is what separates it from Meet & Greet. Heathrow waives the drop-off charge for Valet customers, and your car waits in Terminal Parking when you land.
Valet Parking hands over on a dedicated section of your terminal's forecourt at Terminals 2, 3 and 5. At Terminal 5 that is the departures level. You stop, hand over your keys and walk straight into the terminal.
Heathrow gives Valet customers a 100% discount on the Terminal Drop-Off Charge. Staff keep your car in secure on-airport parking with regular patrols. When you land there is no need to call: your car waits in reserved spaces in the Terminal Parking car park.
Valet is sold by advance booking only, and the reception opens 05:00 to 22:30 for final collection. Heathrow's valet service is part of the British Parking Association's Approved Meet and Greet Parking Operator (AM-GO) scheme. Heathrow does not provide EV charging for valet cars.
Location and getting there
Heathrow sits between the M4 and the M25, west of London, and inside the ULEZ. Follow the signs for your terminal's departures forecourt and the Valet lane.
The handover is on the forecourt, so there is no car park to find on the way in.
Terminals 2 and 3 from M4 Junction 4; Terminals 4 and 5 from the M25.
Use the one in your confirmation, which may differ from the terminal's.
Non-compliant vehicles pay a daily charge in the zone.

ULEZ with Valet
Heathrow says ULEZ charges apply when you arrive or leave in a non-compliant vehicle, and could also apply when staff move the car between storage and the terminal. Check your vehicle's status before you book.
Who Valet suits
Valet suits travellers who want to hand over on the forecourt and find the car waiting in Terminal Parking.
Valet is advance booking only, at Terminals 2, 3 and 5. The drop-off charge is waived. No EV charging.
Book before the day; there is no drive-up Valet.
Cars are kept in patrolled on-site areas.

Both are official, both keep your car on the airport and both serve Terminals 2, 3 and 5. Valet hands over on the forecourt and returns the car in Terminal Parking. How arrival and return work with Valet, step by step.
Before you travel
For Valet, head for the forecourt Valet lane, not the Terminal Parking reception.
Staff inspect the car and take the keys at the forecourt reception.
Heathrow says there is no need to call when you land.
Remove house keys and key rings before handing it over.
Take valuables and anything you need for the trip.
Check that the number plate on your booking matches your car, and check your terminal, before you set off. Bookings made with us can be cancelled free within 24 hours of booking, so check your dates before then.
Arriving at Official Valet Parking
Follow the directions in your booking confirmation to reach Official Valet Parking.
- Follow the signs to your terminal's departures forecourt.
- Pull into the Valet section.
- Hand over your keys.
- Walk straight into the terminal.
Collecting your car on return
Keep your booking confirmation on your phone for the trip home.
- Collect your bags.
- Walk to Terminal Parking.
- Find your car in the reserved Valet spaces and drive away.
