About Maple Parking Meet & Greet
Maple Parking is an off-airport meet and greet operator based on the Southern Perimeter Road. It sells one product for Terminal 5 and one for Terminals 2, 3 and 4. A driver meets you at the terminal, and your car is kept at Maple's own site.
Maple Parking is based at 717 Southern Perimeter Road, Longford, TW6 3AE, on the south side of the airport. It runs two meet and greet products: one for Terminal 5 and one for Terminals 2, 3 and 4. The price includes the airport access fee, so there is nothing extra to pay at the car park barrier.
You call Maple on 01895 544382 about 20 minutes before you arrive. At Terminal 5, the meeting point is Level 4 of the Short Stay car park, in the bays marked Off Airport Meet & Greet. The Terminals 2, 3 and 4 product has its own meeting points in the confirmation.
Maple says its car park is monitored 24 hours a day and holds a Park Mark Safer Parking Award. The service runs 24 hours. The Terminals 2, 3 and 4 listing gives a height limit of 2.2m.

Heathrow sits between the M4 and the M25, west of London, and inside the ULEZ. Follow the signs for your terminal, then Short Stay or Terminal Parking, and the meeting point in your confirmation.

Heathrow closed the Terminal 4 multi-storey on 23 June 2026. Meeting points that sat in that car park have moved, so use the Terminal 4 instructions in your latest booking confirmation, not an older guide.
ULEZ and your car
Heathrow sits inside London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, and non-compliant vehicles pay a daily charge. Non-compliant cars pay for the days they are driven in the zone. Check your vehicle on Transport for London's checker before you book Maple Parking.
