About Park Giant Meet & Greet
Park Giant is an off-airport meet and greet operator serving all four Heathrow terminals in one product. A driver meets you, takes your car to a compound and brings it back when you land. Park Giant has already moved its Terminal 4 meeting point to the Terminal 4 Park & Ride.
Park Giant covers Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5 in one product, so you book the same service whichever terminal you fly from. You call about 30 minutes before you arrive, meet the driver at your terminal, check the car together and hand over the key.
At Terminals 2, 3 and 5 the meeting point is Level 4 of the Terminal Parking car park: row B at Terminal 2, row A at Terminal 3 and rows R or S at Terminal 5. At Terminal 4, Park Giant now meets you at the Terminal 4 Park & Ride car park, TW6 3XL, after Heathrow closed the Terminal 4 multi-storey.
The height limit changes by terminal: 2.1m at Terminal 2, 2.2m at Terminals 3 and 5, and 2.0m at Terminal 4, according to the operator. EV charging is available on request at an extra cost.
Location and getting there
Heathrow sits between the M4 and the M25, west of London, and inside the ULEZ. Follow the signs for your terminal. At Terminal 4, head for the Terminal 4 Park & Ride on the Southern Perimeter Road.
Allow time for the handover checks, and at Terminal 4 for the short transfer to the terminal.

How Park Giant works
Call the number on your confirmation about 30 minutes before you reach the terminal.
Follow the signs for your terminal's Terminal Parking car park, then the rows set aside for off-airport meet and greet.
A driver checks the car with you and takes the key.
Check-in is a short walk from the car park.
ULEZ and your car
Heathrow sits inside London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, and non-compliant vehicles pay a daily charge. The operator says the charge applies for any day your car is driven in the zone. Check your vehicle on Transport for London's checker before you book Park Giant.
Before you travel
A few minutes of preparation makes the day smoother at Park Giant. With Park Giant, check the meeting point for your terminal, especially at Terminal 4.

- Call Park Giant as you approach the airport.
- Drive to the meeting point for your terminal.
- Check the car with the driver and hand over the key.
- Walk, or at Terminal 4 take the transfer, to check-in.
