About MBW Meet & Greet
MBW is an off-airport meet and greet operator at Heathrow with four products: Terminals 2, 3 and 5, Terminal 4, and an EV charging version of each. Its EV charging is the most detailed we have found at Heathrow.
MBW runs meet and greet at Heathrow under its own name and on behalf of APH. You call about 30 minutes before you arrive, meet a driver on Level 4 of the Terminal Parking car park at Terminals 2, 3 or 5, and hand over the key after a check of the car. Collection is at the MBW desk on Level 4.
With the EV products, MBW charges on 22kW three-phase chargers. It charges to at least 70% and aims for 100%. Heathrow's own car parks do not offer EV charging, so this is one of the few ways to come back to a charged car.
There are four products: standard and EV for Terminals 2, 3 and 5, and standard and EV for Terminal 4. The Terminal 4 products cost more on our sample dates.
Location and getting there
Heathrow sits between the M4 and the M25, west of London, and inside the ULEZ. Follow the signs for your terminal, then Terminal Parking, and go up to Level 4.
Allow time to reach Level 4 and complete the checks.

How MBW works
Call the number on your confirmation about 30 minutes before you reach the terminal.
Follow the signs for your terminal's Terminal Parking car park, then the rows set aside for off-airport meet and greet.
A driver checks the car with you and takes the key.
Check-in is a short walk from the car park.
Terminal 4 handovers
Heathrow closed the Terminal 4 multi-storey on 23 June 2026. Meeting points that sat in that car park have moved, so use the Terminal 4 instructions in your latest booking confirmation, not an older guide.
ULEZ and your car
Heathrow sits inside London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, and non-compliant vehicles pay a daily charge. MBW follows the same rule as APH, with the charge on your arrival and return dates. Check your vehicle on Transport for London's checker before you book MBW.

A few minutes of preparation makes the day smoother at MBW Meet and Greet. With MBW, check whether you booked the EV product before you arrive.
Your confirmation has the number to call on the way in.
Have them ready for the driver.
Remove house keys and key rings before handing it over.
Take valuables and anything you need for the trip.
Check that the number plate on your booking matches your car, and check your terminal, before you set off. Cancellation cover runs up to 72 hours before your arrival time on bookings made with us, so check your dates before that window closes.
Arriving at MBW Meet & Greet
Follow the directions in your booking confirmation to reach MBW Meet & Greet. The steps below show how the day works.
- Call about 30 minutes before you arrive.
- Drive to Level 4 of your terminal's Terminal Parking car park.
- Check the car with the driver and hand over the key.
- Walk to check-in.
Collecting your car on return
Keep your booking confirmation on your phone for the trip home. Coming back takes a few simple steps.
- Call when you land.
- Go to the MBW desk on Level 4.
- Check the car and charge level, then drive home.
