About Official Meet & Greet
Official Meet & Greet at Heathrow hands over at a reception inside the Terminal Parking car park, not on the forecourt. That one detail causes more confusion than anything else at Heathrow.
Heathrow's own Meet & Greet takes your car at a reception in the Terminal Parking car park at your terminal. Heathrow lists Level 1 at Terminals 2 and 3; at Terminal 5 follow the Meet & Greet signs in Terminal Parking and the level in your confirmation. You then walk into the terminal.
Staff drive your car to a secure on-airport storage site with round-the-clock patrols and return it to the same reception at your chosen arrival time. Heathrow takes 360-degree photos of your car at Terminals 2, 3 and 5, and you can add Fast Track or lounge access when you book.
Heathrow ended official Meet & Greet at Terminal 4 when the multi-storey closed on 23 June 2026. The desks run from 05:00 to 22:30 for final collections. Heathrow does not provide EV charging for Meet & Greet cars.
Location and getting there
Heathrow sits between the M4 and the M25, west of London, and inside the ULEZ. Follow the signs for your terminal, then Terminal Parking. Postcodes: T2 TW6 1EW, T3 TW6 1QG, T5 TW6 2GA.
Heathrow suggests arriving two to three hours before departure.

Where the handover happens
Official Meet & Greet hands over inside the Terminal Parking car park. The forecourt is for Valet Parking and drop-offs. Driving onto the forecourt by mistake costs the £7 drop-off charge.
Follow the signs for your terminal, then Terminal Parking (still signed Short Stay in places), then Meet & Greet.
ULEZ with Meet & Greet
Heathrow says ULEZ charges apply when you arrive or leave in a non-compliant vehicle, and could also apply when staff move the car between storage sites and terminals. That can add days to the charge, so check your vehicle's status before you book.
