About APH Meet & Greet
APH Meet and Greet is an off-airport service at Terminals 2, 3 and 5, with a separate Terminal 4 product. MBW runs it on behalf of APH, so the meeting points match MBW's. A driver meets you on Level 4 of the terminal car park and brings your car back when you land.
APH is a long-established airport parking brand. At Heathrow, MBW runs the meet and greet on APH's behalf. You call about 30 minutes before you arrive, meet the driver on Level 4 of the Terminal Parking car park and hand over the key after a check of the car.
At Terminal 2, use the Off-Airport Parking rows A or B, with the desk at the Lift Lobby. At Terminal 3, use rows A or B, with the desk at the Arrivals Lift Lobby. At Terminal 5, use rows R or S. The Terminal 4 product has its own instructions in the confirmation.
APH lists extra fees for tall and long vehicles and for night handovers, set out in the table below. The main product and MBW's standard product cost the same on our sample dates.
Location and getting there
Heathrow sits between the M4 and the M25, west of London, and inside the ULEZ. Follow the signs for your terminal, then Terminal Parking, and go up to Level 4.
Allow time to reach Level 4 and complete the checks.

How APH works
Call the number on your confirmation about 30 minutes before you reach the terminal.
Follow the signs for your terminal's Terminal Parking car park, then the rows set aside for off-airport meet and greet.
A driver checks the car with you and takes the key.
Check-in is a short walk from the car park.

Terminal 4 handovers
Heathrow closed the Terminal 4 multi-storey on 23 June 2026. Meeting points that sat in that car park have moved, so use the Terminal 4 instructions in your latest booking confirmation, not an older guide.
ULEZ and your car
Heathrow sits inside London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, and non-compliant vehicles pay a daily charge. APH says the charge applies on your arrival and return dates. Check your vehicle on Transport for London's checker before you book APH.
Before you travel
A few minutes of preparation makes the day smoother at APH Meet and Greet. With APH, note the desk location for your terminal.
Your confirmation has the number to call on the way in.
Have them ready for the driver.
Remove house keys and key rings before handing it over.
Take valuables and anything you need for the trip.

Arriving at APH Meet & Greet
Follow the directions in your booking confirmation to reach APH Meet & Greet. The steps below show how the day works.
- Call about 30 minutes before you arrive.
- Drive to Level 4 of Terminal Parking and the rows for your terminal.
- Check the car with the driver and hand over the key.
- Walk to check-in.
Collecting your car on return
Keep your booking confirmation on your phone for the trip home. Coming back takes a few simple steps.
- Call when you land.
- Go to the MBW desk on Level 4.
- Check the car and drive home.
