About Official Valet Parking
Official Valet Parking at Heathrow hands over on the terminal forecourt itself, which is what separates it from Meet & Greet. Heathrow waives the drop-off charge for Valet customers, and your car waits in Terminal Parking when you land.
Valet Parking hands over on a dedicated section of your terminal's forecourt at Terminals 2, 3 and 5. At Terminal 5 that is the departures level. You stop, hand over your keys and walk straight into the terminal.
Heathrow gives Valet customers a 100% discount on the Terminal Drop-Off Charge. Staff keep your car in secure on-airport parking with regular patrols. When you land there is no need to call: your car waits in reserved spaces in the Terminal Parking car park.
Valet is sold by advance booking only. Heathrow's valet service is part of the British Parking Association's Approved Meet and Greet Operator scheme. Heathrow does not provide EV charging for valet cars.
Location and getting there
Heathrow sits between the M4 and the M25, west of London, and inside the ULEZ. Follow the signs for your terminal's departures forecourt and the Valet lane.
The handover is on the forecourt, so there is no car park to find on the way in.

ULEZ with Valet
Heathrow says ULEZ charges apply when you arrive or leave in a non-compliant vehicle, and could also apply when staff move the car between storage and the terminal. Check your vehicle's status before you book.
Valet against Meet & Greet
Both are official, both keep your car on the airport and both serve Terminals 2, 3 and 5. Valet hands over on the forecourt and returns the car in Terminal Parking. Meet & Greet hands over and returns at a reception inside Terminal Parking. Valet costs a little more on our sample dates. See Official Meet & Greet.
Before you travel
A few minutes of preparation makes the day smoother at Valet. For Valet, head for the forecourt Valet lane, not the Terminal Parking reception.
Your confirmation has the number to call on the way in.
Have them ready for the driver.
Remove house keys and key rings before handing it over.
Take valuables and anything you need for the trip.

Arriving at Official Valet Parking
Follow the directions in your booking confirmation to reach Official Valet Parking. The steps below show how the day works.
- Follow the signs to your terminal's departures forecourt.
- Pull into the Valet section.
- Hand over your keys.
- Walk straight into the terminal.
Collecting your car on return
Keep your booking confirmation on your phone for the trip home. Coming back takes a few simple steps.
- Collect your bags.
- Walk to Terminal Parking.
- Find your car in the reserved Valet spaces and drive away.
