Checking your saving is applied
Before you pay, compare the price on the checkout page with the standard price. The difference should be 30% of the standard price.
- Note the standard price. It shows alongside each car park in the search results.
- Look for the code at checkout. The promo field should show our code.
- Check the maths. The discounted price should be 70% of the standard price.
- Pay when it matches. When it does not, add the code by hand before paying.
A quick way to check: multiply the standard price by 0.7, and the result should match the checkout figure to the penny or close to it. When the numbers do not match, stop before paying and add the code by hand. It takes a few seconds and the saving on an eight-day stay at East Midlands runs to around £19 to £31 on our sample dates.
Keep the confirmation email after you book. It shows the price you paid, which is useful if you later need to change or cancel your booking with us.

Each zone's saving grows with its price. On our eight-day sample, JetParks saves around £19 to £20, Mid Stay around £25 to £27, and Short Stay around £28 to £31.

The percentage is the same everywhere. The pound figure changes because the standard price changes. That is why the closer car parks show the biggest savings.
The code on meet and greet
The code applies to both meet and greet services. It saves more on Midlands Parking's flex product than on non-flex, because flex has the higher standard price.

Non-flex saves £21.30 and flex saves £26.40 on our sample. The £6 airport charge each way is not discounted.
Official VIP Meet & Greet
The code saves £27.60 on our sample eight-day dates.
For meet and greet, compare the total you will pay on the day. With Midlands Parking, that means the booking price with the code, plus £12 in airport charges.
Using the code in winter
The code works the same in winter, but the car parks on offer change. With JetParks and Long Stay closed, the choice narrows to Mid Stay, Short Stay and meet and greet.
Winter is also when the closer car parks matter most, on dark evenings and in bad weather. The code's saving is largest in pounds on Short Stay, which narrows the gap to the cheaper zones.
In winter, the code's lowest total price shifts to Mid Stay 1 or Midlands Parking's non-flex product. Search your winter dates above to see which comes out cheaper once the code is applied and, for Midlands Parking, the airport charges are added.
