The code for families
For a family, the code works best on the products that suit the group.
With children and luggage, Car Park 5 or the official Valet often give the best overall experience, and the code takes the same 30% off. The saving grows with the price, so the code does more on the car parks nearest the terminal.
Short trips and the code
On a short trip, the code makes the terminal car parks affordable.
For a night or two, Car Parks 2 and 3 with the code cost little more than the long stay sites, and save a bus ride each way. For a day return, they are the obvious choice.
The code on meet and greet
Car Park 7, the Valet and Maple all take 30% off.
With the code, Car Park 7's handover is the cheapest way to leave the parking to someone else. The Valet costs a little more and keeps the handover beside the terminal. Maple meets you outside departures for the highest price.
Comparing like with like
Check what each price includes before you compare.
Some products hold your keys, some need a phone call on return, and a few add airport fees on the day. The code takes the same share off every one, so choose the service first.
The code on larger vehicles
Car Park 5 has no height limit and takes 30% off with the code.
Most off-airport sites stop at about 2 to 2.1 metres. For a campervan or tall van, Car Park 5 is both the natural choice and one of the better-value official products once the code is applied.
The code and electric cars
The code works on every product we sell; charging products are not in our Birmingham search yet.

Against turning up
With the code, a week at Birmingham costs a fraction of the turn-up tariff.
The airport's own turn-up rate at the terminal car parks is £67 a day. The airport says pre-booking saves up to 70%, and our code comes off the booked price.
What the code does not cover
Charges paid to the airport on the day sit outside it.
Drop-off and set-down charges, overstays and any airport fees due at off-airport sites are separate. Amend the booking before you travel when dates change.
When to book
Book as soon as your flights are fixed.
School holidays push prices up and the cheapest products sell out first. Booking early and using the code together give the lowest total.
Changes and cancellations
Bookings made with us can be cancelled up to 72 hours before arrival.
Car Park 3 Priority bookings can be amended up to 48 hours before arrival, per the airport. Use the registration of the car you will drive, because barriers read number plates.
Our view on the code
The code saves most on the products nearest the terminal, and works on every product we sell.
At Birmingham, 30% off turns the multi-storeys into sensible value for short trips and makes the cheapest sites cheaper still for long ones. There is no product in our Birmingham search that the code does not apply to. Choose on the service first, keys, transfer and walk, then let the code do the saving. It is already in the search, so there is nothing to type.
After you book
Your confirmation holds everything you need on the day.
It names the car park, gives the postcode to use and, for off-airport products, the phone number to call on return. Keep it on your phone. The saving from our code appears on the confirmation, so you can check it against the price you saw in the search.
