Inside Official Valet Parking
Valet Parking is Birmingham Airport's own meet and greet. You drive to the Valet Parking cabin, hand your keys to a chauffeur and walk straight to check-in. The car stays on the airport site, and on your return it is waiting at the same cabin. It suits families, groups and anyone with heavy luggage.
The airport's valet service is run in partnership with NCP. You arrive at the Valet Parking cabin, leave your keys with the chauffeur, and walk to the terminal, about a minute away.
The car is parked in an on-site secured car park, with number plate cameras on the barriers. Nothing leaves the airport site.
When you land, return to the Valet Parking cabin. The attendant hands back your keys and shows you where the car is parked.
Directions
Birmingham Airport sits beside the NEC, east of the city, reached from Junction 6 of the M42 and the A45. Follow the airport signs and then the Valet Parking signs to the cabin.
The handover takes a few minutes.

How the car is protected
Birmingham Airport says all its car parks have been awarded Park Mark safer parking status and are covered by CCTV and regular patrols. That is the airport's own statement, from its parking pages on 25 September 2026. Keep valuables out of sight or take them with you.

Valet, Car Park 7 or Maple
Car Park 7 is cheaper but adds a bus ride. Maple Parking meets you outside departures but costs more. The official valet is the middle path.

About the Flex Plus name
Our price sheet names the product Valet Parking Flex Plus. The airport's page does not set out any special flexibility terms under that name, so we do not describe any. The airport does advertise free cancellation on pre-booked parking, and bookings made with us can be cancelled up to 72 hours before arrival.
