Inside Official Car Parks 2 & 3
Car Parks 2 and 3 are the smart buy among Birmingham's terminal car parks. They sit opposite the terminal like Car Park 1, with the same short walk and round-the-clock lifts, but cost less to pre-book. The trade is a slightly lower height limit, which only matters for tall vehicles.
Car Parks 2 and 3 are official, undercover multi-storeys opposite the terminal. The airport puts the walk at about a minute and provides 24-hour lift access to all levels.
The height limit is 2.05 metres. Car Park 2 has nine bays for disabled drivers on Level 1; Car Park 3 has five, to the left of the entry lanes on its surface area. Blue Badge holders get 30 minutes free, per the airport.
The postcode is B26 3AW. You keep your keys, the barriers read your plate, and the pay machines are cashless.

Birmingham Airport sits beside the NEC, east of the city, reached from Junction 6 of the M42 and the A45. Follow the airport signs and then Car Parks 2 and 3; your confirmation names the one to use.

How the car is protected
Birmingham Airport says all its car parks have been awarded Park Mark safer parking status and are covered by CCTV and regular patrols. That is the airport's own statement, from its parking pages on 25 September 2026. Keep valuables out of sight or take them with you.
