Official Meet & Greet: an overview
The airport's own Meet & Greet is the simplest handover at Stansted. You drive to a dedicated car park right next to the terminal, stop in a bay with vehicle inspection cameras, hand your keys to staff at reception and walk to check-in in about two minutes. It costs less than every off-airport meet and greet we sell except SMG Value Plus.
The official Meet & Greet car park is right next to the terminal. You pull into a drop-off bay fitted with vehicle inspection technology, go to reception and hand over your keys. A driver parks the car in a secure on-site facility.
The walk to check-in is about two minutes. When you return, you collect your keys at reception and the car is waiting nearby.
Two restrictions apply: a 2.0 metre height limit, and no motorcycles. The service is pre-book only.

London Stansted sits beside the M11 in north-west Essex, about 35 miles north-east of central London. Leave the M11 at J8 (J8a from the south), take the second exit at the Bassingbourn roundabout onto Thremhall Avenue, the third exit at Coopers End roundabout following Short Stay, then the second left marked M&G.

Height and vehicles
The airport sets a strict height limit for Meet & Greet. Measure with a roof box fitted. Motorcycles are not accepted; the airport's call centre can suggest alternatives.
Delays and overstays
Tell the Meet & Greet team as soon as you know about a delay. The terms allow six hours beyond your booked exit time; after that, Meet & Greet overstays are charged per day.

Barriers and operators check number plates at Stansted, so the registration on your Meet & Greet booking must be the car you drive. Bookings made with us can be cancelled until 72 hours before arrival.
