APL, Airport Parking Luton, sells two services. With park and ride, you leave the car at its car park, keep your keys and are taken to the airport. With meet and greet, a member of staff takes the car from you inside Terminal Car Park 1. Both are arranged by phone on the day, so save the number in your confirmation.
APL's park and ride car park is listed by resellers at Midland Road, Luton, LU1 2LT. You call the number in your confirmation at least 30 minutes before the arranged meeting, park, keep your keys and are taken to the terminal. Resellers list 24-hour security, CCTV and a Park Mark award, a 2m height limit, and no vehicles over 3.5 tonnes or black cabs.
For meet and greet, you drive to the meet and greet area in Terminal Car Park 1, where a member of staff checks the car with you and takes it to APL's secure parking. Resellers describe 24/7 staff presence, CCTV and fencing.
On return, for either service, you call from the baggage hall. APL's details come from resellers and the operator's own site, which gives 0333 0034 331 as its contact number.
Where it is and how to get in
London Luton Airport sits on the south-east edge of Luton, about two miles from Junction 10 of the M1. Follow your confirmation: the park and ride site is listed in Luton at LU1 2LT, and the meet and greet handover is in Terminal Car Park 1.

Since the airport replaced its own meet and greet with the self-service Priority Parking, APL is one of the firms still offering a handover to a person inside Terminal Car Park 1. Note that the terminal car parks have a 2.1m height restriction.
