1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Britain Car Parks website at britaincarparks.co.uk and any booking you make through it. Britain Car Parks operates a comparison and booking platform connecting travellers with airport parking, hotel and lounge providers. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Britain Car Parks, and "you" refers to the person making a booking.
2. Our role as a booking platform
We act as an intermediary that compares and facilitates bookings with third-party car park operators, hotels and lounge providers ("operators"). The parking, accommodation or lounge service itself is provided by the operator, not by us. Your booking creates a contract between you and the relevant operator, subject to that operator's own terms, which are made available at the time of booking. We are responsible for the booking facilitation and for presenting accurate information supplied to us.
3. Making a booking
To book, you select your airport, dates and product, and provide accurate details including your vehicle registration where required. A booking is confirmed once payment is taken and you receive a confirmation email containing your booking reference. You are responsible for ensuring all details, including dates, times, terminal and registration, are correct before completing your booking.
4. Prices, payment and promo codes
Prices are shown at the time of search and are subject to availability. We do not charge a booking fee. Promotional codes such as BCP30 apply the stated discount at checkout, subject to any conditions shown. Payment is taken securely at the time of booking. Prices may vary with demand, and the price you pay is the price confirmed at checkout.
5. Amendments and cancellations
You may amend or cancel your booking through the booking management portal using your confirmation reference. Most bookings qualify for free cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled drop-off, with refunds processed to your original payment method. Some discounted products may carry different terms, which are shown at booking. Full details are set out in our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, arrive within your booked dates and times, and comply with the operator's site rules, including any height limits, vehicle restrictions and access procedures. You are responsible for removing valuables and ensuring your vehicle is roadworthy, taxed and insured. Late returns beyond your booked period may incur additional charges payable to the operator.
7. Liability
As a booking platform, our liability is limited to the proper facilitation of your booking. The operator is responsible for the safekeeping of your vehicle and for the service provided on site, in accordance with their terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Vehicle security and condition
Every car park we list is Park Mark approved, but the security and condition of your vehicle while parked is the responsibility of the operator under their terms. For Meet & Greet and Valet services, a vehicle condition check is typically carried out at handover. Any claim relating to damage, loss or security should be raised with the operator, and we will assist where we can.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking. The current version is always available on this page, with the last-updated date shown above.
10. Governing law and contact
