About Forge Meet & Greet
Forge Meet & Greet is an independent valet service at Bristol Airport. You hand over your car in the Drop Off and Pick Up car park next to Departures, and a driver takes it to Forge's secure compound.
Forge Meet & Greet hands over in the airport's Drop Off and Pick Up car park, next to Departures. Forge says the terminal is then a two-minute walk. A driver photographs your car, takes your keys and drives it to Forge's secure compound.
On return, you call once you have your bags and cleared customs or security. Forge monitors flights, so there is no need to call when you land. A driver brings your car back to the same car park.
Forge is the lowest-priced meet and greet we bring you at Bristol, and it costs less than Silver Zone on our sample dates. The airport's Drop & Go charge for using the Drop Off and Pick Up car park is not included in the booking.
Location and getting there
Bristol Airport sits on the A38 at Lulsgate, south of the city. Use the postcode BS48 3DY, approach via the A38 and follow the signs for the Drop Off and Pick Up car park.
Call Forge about 30 minutes before you arrive, using the number in your confirmation. The handover itself takes a few minutes.

A few minutes of preparation makes the day smoother at Forge Meet & Greet. With Forge, call about 30 minutes before you arrive, and leave enough fuel for short movements between secure sites.

Remove house keys and key rings before handing it over.
Take valuables and anything you need for the trip.
Check your number plate on the booking matches your car, and allow extra time on the A38 at busy times. Cancellation cover runs up to 72 hours before your arrival time on bookings made with us, so check your dates before that window closes.
Charges to add on the day
Forge hands over in the Drop Off and Pick Up car park, where the airport charges £8.50 for up to 10 minutes. It is not included in your booking, so follow Forge's instructions on paying it.
Even with the charge added, Forge costs far less than the official meet and greet on our sample dates.

Forge does not accept vans.
Your car may be moved within the compound or between nearby secure sites at busy times.

Arriving at Forge Meet & Greet
Follow the directions in your booking confirmation to reach Forge Meet & Greet. The steps below show how the day works.
- Call Forge about 30 minutes before you arrive.
- Follow the signs to the Drop Off and Pick Up car park next to Departures.
- Meet your driver, who photographs your car and takes your keys.
- Walk to the terminal, about two minutes.
Collecting your car on return
Keep your booking confirmation on your phone for the trip home. Coming back takes a few simple steps.
- Collect your bags and clear customs or security.
- Call Forge. There is no need to call when you land, as flights are monitored.
- Go to the Drop Off and Pick Up car park, where a driver returns your car.
