BCP-PM-01.1What the promise is
When you book an official on-airport car park with Britain Car Parks at a covered airport and then find the same car park cheaper for the same dates, including on the airport's own website, we refund the difference between what you paid and the cheaper price.
BCP-PM-01.2Which airports it covers
The promise applies to bookings at Bristol, Glasgow, Luton and Manchester only. It does not apply at the other airports on our site.
BCP-PM-01.3Which products it covers
The official on-airport car parks run by or for Bristol, Glasgow, Luton and Manchester airports, such as their short stay, mid stay, long stay and official meet and greet or valet products. Off-airport park and ride, off-airport meet and greet, hotels, flights, car hire and lounges are outside the promise.
BCP-PM-01.4What counts as the same product
The competing quote must be for the same official car park at the same airport, with the same drop-off and return dates and times.
BCP-PM-01.5Where the cheaper price can come from
The airport's own website, or another UK website selling the same official car park.
BCP-PM-01.6The deadline
Your claim must reach us within 48 hours of your booking being confirmed. The competing price must still be publicly available and bookable when we check it.
BCP-PM-01.7What we need from you
A link or a dated screenshot showing the competing operator, the product, the dates and times, and the total price including any fees.
BCP-PM-01.8How the refund is paid
When we accept a claim, we refund the difference to your original payment method within five working days.
BCP-PM-01.9How to claim
Email info@britaincarparks.co.uk with your booking reference and your evidence. We confirm receipt the same working day and give you a decision within two working days.
