How do I amend my booking?
Log in to the booking management portal with the reference in your confirmation email to change your drop-off or return date, adjust your collection time, or update your vehicle registration. Make changes as early as you can, since amendments close shortly before your drop-off time and some date changes may affect the price.
How do I cancel and get a refund?
Cancel through the same booking management portal. Under our free cancellation policy, cancellations made up to 72 hours before your scheduled drop-off qualify for a refund, processed to your original payment method. The exact terms are set out in your confirmation email, so check there for the cut-off that applies to your booking.
I have not received my confirmation, what do I do?
Confirmations are emailed instantly after payment, so first check your spam or junk folder. If it still has not arrived, call us on 0333 5678 678 with your name and travel dates and we will resend it. Do not rebook, as that may create a duplicate reservation.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Most operators automatically account for delayed return flights, so your car remains safe and you collect it as normal. For Meet & Greet, contact the operator using the number on your confirmation once you land so they can have your car ready. There is usually no extra charge for short delays, though long overstays beyond your booked period may incur an additional fee.
What do I need to bring on the day?
Bring a copy of your confirmation, printed or on your phone, and make sure your vehicle registration matches your booking, since most car parks use ANPR cameras. For Park & Ride, allow enough time for the shuttle transfer; for Meet & Greet, follow the confirmation's instructions for where to meet the driver at the terminal.
